Outlook 2013 email not displaying

Before we start with the troubleshooting steps, I need some details:

What is the account type configured in Outlook? (POP/IMAP/Exchange)

Do you have any rules or filters that are set for the incoming emails?

Do the emails show up in the web server?

To troubleshoot the issue related to Outlook, you may try the steps below:

Step 1:

Remove any filters applied for the folder and then verify the results.

·         To do so, once you are in the folder having the issue with, click on the View Tab and then click

·         Reset Views.

You may also try to use the following command to reset views and check the result:

Ensure Outlook is closed.

·         Hold Windows key +R.

·         Copy and paste, or type the following command in the Open box, and then press Enter

Outlook /cleanviews

Note: There is a space between Outlook and /

            Using the command line switch ‘Outlook /cleanviews’ will reset all views to default in Outlook.

Step 2:

If the above steps fail, create a new email profile for Outlook and check the result:

If the issue fixes in the new profile, you may set the new profile as default and continue working with it:

·         Go to control panel

·         Mail icon, Show profile.

·         Highlight the new profile and click on always use this profile

·         Click ok.
