How get Emojis in Outlook 2016?

Please check out Using Emojis in Outlook for the latest information on this topic.

It's a pretty big request from my customers.

Is there a way to insert Emojis into the Outlook 2016 software. We are using the new @outlook in conjunction with it.

I know you can insert a smiley etc, but it comes out black and white. She would like a wide variety of options to put in the cute stuff.

Any answer would be great thanks.

Hi Jimmy,

To assist you better, we would like to verify some information to help us isolate this case. Are you referring to Outlook 2016 desktop app? If you are, then it may be a challenge as the option is not available.

However, if you have subscribed to Office 365 and uses Outlook 2016, you can add Emojis to it. Follow these steps:

  1. Open your Outlook 2016
  2. Select Home, and click Store > Add-ins
  3. Search for Emoji, then toggle it ON.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

Regards.
