Hi KurtC,

Thanks for providing the complete NDR message in the private message. To move forward with the issue, you don’t need to reply to us with the problematic Office 365 account. Instead, we just need some basic information about your Office 365 subscription so we can transfer the case to our relevant team for further handling. If you don't know the related information, please confirm with your admin about it.  I have sent you another private message to request the information again.
