Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams add-in for Outlook

You can schedule a Microsoft Teams meeting in Outlook by using the "New Teams Meeting" icon on the Outlook Calendar ribbon as shown below. 




If the Teams Meeting icon for Outlook doesn’t automatically appear, you can get it by downloading the specific diagnostic for this issue in the Support and Recovery Assistant outlined in the steps below. 


1) Click the button below to download and install the Support and Recovery Assistant.




Tip: The tool may take a few minutes to download. The option to open or run the file will appear in different places on your screen depending on the browser you are using.



2) Accept the Microsoft Service level agreement and wait for the app to finish checking your system. This should take less than a minute.


3) You will see the pop up below. Follow the steps as prompted by the tool
