I use Outlook 2016 from Office 365 and suddenly I cannot access my existing notes anymore. I can see that my notes folder is connected to my work exchange account, but when I click the folder it is blank. That folder was called "Notes (this computer only)" and I am still on the same computer and didn't upgrade or reinstall anything... Where did they go?
Are you able to give me some direction as to how I can restore the visibility of these notes?
- I can see my contacts, calendar, task and e-mails connected to my Hotmail account but not my pre-existing notes.
