How do I delete all "Other suggestions" / Suggestions email addresses in Mail Outlook 365?

As you can see there is no "X" delete option.  I have, unfortunately, Emptied the Auto-Complete list and removed all of my commonly used addresses....UGH!!!...  BUT the suggestions still exist.  I have even logged into Outlook 365 webmail, and deleted the the suggested contact, but it still persists in my desktop Outlook.

What I want to know is the location of these cache files so I can permanently delete them.  A great addition to Outlook 365 would be to add a delete option for "Other Suggestions".

For those looking for more specific information on how to delete your, NOT Microsoft's, "Other Suggestions"  contact's cache.  I did find a few registry edits.  Not sure if they will work for 2019 (Office 365 for business), but I wanted to share.  The second link is the best explanation that I found.

Preventing a customer from performing a simple delete of old or incorrect e-mail receipients is, to put it nicely, quite silly.

This is the solution that worked for me.

1.) Click on the Other Suggestion that you would like to delete to open a new message.

2.) Add the contact to your contacts.

3.) Change the full name and Display as to any name you want.

4.) Save the contact.

After I did this, the incorrect suggestion did not appear under suggestions.
