Emails are bouncing to AOL.com and verizon.net email customers

I am unable to successfully email our verizon.net or aol.com customers. They all bounce back.

I called Microsoft support and they told me my IP was blocked.

Does that mean aol and verizon are blocking me?

I do not know how to fix this.

Hi Zyezye,

To answer your question, please use the affected email account to send an email to a different email addresses to check if the emails can be sent. Also, it’s recommend that you use another network environment to send emails to AOL.com and Verizon.net to check if your IP address is blocked.
