Removing Suggested Contacts from my Outlook 365

I've been trying to delete/remove the 'Suggested Contacts' when entering a contact name in a new email. I've seen plenty of threads from months prior and none seem to have identified a solution - or I didn't see it - or the solution required me to be an extreme IT geek.

Does anyone know of a solution that is for Outlook that I used with Microsoft 365.

Or does anyone know if I uninstall/reinstall Microsoft 365 - will this fix my issue.

If you have a <Suggested Contacts> folder in your folder tree and using Office 365, it just means that this involves a PST file used in Outlook '2010 prior to upgrading to Office 365. The <Suggested Folder> is no longer used in later versions of Outlook but that doesn't remove the <Suggested Contacts> folder if it exists.

There is absolutely no point in uninstalling/reinstalling Office 365 - would be pointless and a complete waste of time.

The <Suggested Contacts> folder cannot be removed from within Outlook since that folder was set as a system level Outlook folder when it was created and as such cannot be deleted (system level = same as <Inbox>, <Contacts> folders etc)

If you want to remove the folder, you would need to download and install MFCMapi
