Hello,
Please help me with my Outlook 2016, all of a sudden i cannot see the Sender's Name on the Outlook. It says This is most recent version, but you made changes to another copy. I have been able to see 2 copies on the Sync Issues of MS Outlook.

Hi Nerson,
Where are you not seeing the senders name? If in the message list, reset the view on the folder.
Depending on which ribbon you have:
View > Reset View or View > Current View > Reset View

It looks like you have a white font set for the subject. If you change the conversation view and untick the option to show sender before subject, does the subject field appear blank and the sender visible?
