Outlook 2016 Attachment Appearance

I just upgraded to Outlook 2016 and found that I can no longer fully see the full file names anymore as I did in Outlook 2013.

Outlook 2013: This is a screenshot from a computer that has yet to be updated to Outlook 2016.

Outlook 2016: This is from the computer that has been updated to Outlook 2016.

In order to fully see the file name, one must now hover over the attachment which can be time consuming if there are multiple attachments in any given email.

Was this intentional or is this going to be corrected in an update?

Answer

Thanks Reagan for the feedback;

Yes, this change was intentional as part of the new experience that added the drop-down menu to the right of the attachment (instead of just having a right-click menu).  However I make sure that your feedback is provided back to the product group that is working on this feature for them to consider.

Thanks
