New to Win 7

Unable to access links from Outlook

I'm running Win 7 64bit with Norton360 virus protection and get email via Outlook. After running smoothly for several months all of a sudden I cannot access any links that come in with my emails. I get an error message stating that restrictions on this machine prevent that. Any ideas concerning this problem? Thanks
