I recently reinstalled WinXP Home and Office. I thought I brought over all my saved emails and contacts,- All the information is there. But when I want to send a new email and click on the Contacts book icon beside the address line, I get the following message:
"The Contacts folder associated with this address list could not be opened; it may have been moved or deleted, or you do not have permissions. For information on how to remove this folder...(see) Help."
Microsoft Help is useless, cant get anywhere. Besides, I dont want to "Remove" this folder, I just want access to the contacts that are there. I'm not certain about "Permissions", but there no guidance there anyways. I'm Stuck. No Clue what I should do.
