As most people, I use the Auto Spell Check to check all emails that I send out in my Windows 2007.
Recently, if I mispell a word in an email, the spell check window pops up, does its spell check, suggests other spellings for the words I have mispelled but now it locks me out of my ability to click "Ignore All" or "Add to Dictionary". Instead, I can only
choose "Undo Edit" or "Cancel".
Once I click on one of those buttons, the next pop up window I receive says: "The spelling check was stopped before it was finished, do you want to send it anyway?"
It appears as if my Outlook 2007 does not see my spelling dictionary in my computer when it checks my emails because my spell check works just fine in MS Word.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem in my Outlook 2007 so my Spell Check will work correctly again?
1. Open Outlook
2. Click on Tools and select Options 3. Click on the Spelling tab
4. Place a checkmark beside the Always check spelling before sending option
5. Click OK Also ensure all the updates are installed for Microsoft Office.
