1) When did the issue started?

2) Which version of Outlook do you use (Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007 or Outlook 2010)?

Start Outlook in application safe and check if it works fast.

a) Click start

b) Run type ’Outlook /safe’ without quotes

If Outlook works fine in application safe you may refer to the links mentioned below to disabled add-in and check if it works fine:

For disabling add-in in Outlook 2003 refer to the link mentioned below:

For disabling add-in in Outlook 2007 refer to the link mentioned below:

Follow the steps below to disable add-ins in Outlook 2010 and verify the status:

a. Open Outlook.

b. Click on File > options > Add-ins.

c. Click on ‘GO’ beside Manage – COM Add-ins and uncheck the add-ins and click ok.

d. Close and open Outlook and check.
