I have the same exact problem. Outlook 2010 constantly asking for password.
Going to replace the PC with a new one as everything listed here has done nothing
to improve the problem. Carefully studied account settings, feeds, other
possible reasons why it needs a password.
Truly believe we have a failure to diagnose at the Microsoft level.

Go to 'Start -> Control Panel -> User Accounts -> Manage Your Credentials -> Look under Generic Credentials'.
Edit the Microsoft Outlook *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and change the password. Now launch your Outlook 2010 again to ensure that it is working or not..if it doesn't work for you... try alternate method
here to fix it.
