Since switching to Cached Mode (forced via Group Policy), one of my users is experiencing an issue where her Outlook mailbox is not updating/syncing with the Exchange Server. Specifically, the last emails in her Outlook client's Inbox are from the previous evening, right before she logs off for the night. Upon reconnecting the following morning, any emails sent to her during her offline time do not populate in her mailbox. These emails, however, are visible via Outlook Web Access and on her BlackBerry handheld.
I have deleted the OST file and that seemed to temporarily resolve the issue... until the next day, when the same thing happened. Wondering if there's something else I should be trying. The user would rather not have her Outlook or Windows profiles deleted, unless it's an absolute last resort.
