My Outlook 2003 keeps asking for my network password every time I hit send/receive. I've tried many typical fixes--see below.

Does the same password work on the webmail?
Login to the webmail and check if the password works.

If issue still persists, restart the computer in Windows clean boot mode and check if it works.
Note: Ensure to restart the computer to normal mode once Office gets installed.

I have the same issue after changing my password last week
Your Method#3 is not working any other suggestion?
