I can't see Outlook Customer Manager".

Split from this thread.

Hi Barry,

I have premium and I don't see the feature. How should it look like and where should the icon be located? Do I need to activate it somewhere (AddIn)? Do I need to click a specific folder so I see it on the Home tab.

Oliver.

Answer

Hi Oliver,

Outlook Customer Manager is not a kind of add-in. If you are an Office 365 Business Premium user and you are in the First Release Channel, Outlook Customer Manager will automatically added to the Home tab of your Outlook 2016 for Windows client. It looks like this:

If you cannot see the “Outlook Customer Manager” button, please confirm whether your Office 365 account is in the First Release Channel with your Office 365 administrator. For more information, please refer to this article: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Outlook-Customer-Manager/Outlook-Customer-Manager-availability-to-First-Release/m-p/45553#M189.

Note: Your administrator need to set the First Release on the organization level.

Regards,

Barry
