Try to open Outlook in the safe mode and check if you have the same problem.
To do that, close Outlook. Click on Start – All Programs – Accessories – Run, and in the open box type in Outlook /safe and hit ok. (Note: There is a space between Outlook and /).
If Outlook works in the safe mode, try disabling the Add-ins associated with Outlook and check.
To Access Add-ins tab
Open Outlook > Click on File > Options > Add-ins > Click on Go besides Com Add-ins.
Uncheck the Add-ins listed there.
