Error code 554 Message undeliverable

A person in my office is getting error code 554 Message Undeliverable when she tries to send messages. She can receive email, but as soon as she tries to send on it automatically gets kicked back with this error message. I have already contacted my email domain provider, and they said everything on there end looks ok. She said she was having this same problem the other day, but that it fixed itself. This is really holding up businees, so if someone could get abck to me asap I would greatly appreciate it.

Either there is an email sent to an incorrect email address or a corrupt contact is added in the email that is sent.

Verify if all the email address that is added to send in the email is correct. If they are then some or one of the contacts added may be corrupt. You need to identify it and delete the contact and recreate it.
