error (0x800CCC92) email server rejected login.

outlook will not import email. reset settings several times as instructed in help menu but always fails. keeps getting error. tried to run express in compatibility mode but same problem.

The error message 0x800CCC92 is caused due to incorrect username and the password for the email account and Outlook repeatedly prompt you for your password when you check messages.

Check if you have entered all the account information as per the internet service provider. Follow the instructions in the link below for adding an email account.
