Delivery Status Notification (Delay)

Hello,

I have recently switched from iCloud email service to Office 365 and the Outlook Email service. I never ever had Delivery Status Notification Delays with iCloud. All my emails seemed to go through without any issues. Now, with Outlook, I am getting constant Delivery delays. Can someone tell me if I need to adjust anything or could it be a problem on Microsoft's end?

How do I interpret the delivery failure message that I have received?

Hello Randall and thank you for the prompt response.

I have saved all of my delays notifications and here they are. I have checked all the email addresses in the messages and they are valid. I even sent one to my old email address *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and it bounced back too. Let me know if you need anything further.

Hello,

I don't use a web browser usually. It has happened when using my Outlook Desktop application and also from my iPhone 5s whcih is set up to use Outlook mail.

-Have you tried sending a test email from other account?

-Did you make any changes to the account prior to this issue?

-What is the affected email account?
