Can't receive email in Outlook 2007

I have tried all the fixes listed and still can't receive email.I can send email with no problem.

I started Outlook in safemode, I have tried creating a new email profile, I have checked to make sure my anti virus is turned off for scanning incoming emails. I still cannot receive anything. I do not use Internet Explorer, I use Firefox. So I'm not sure if there is maybe an update for Outlook I need and wouldn't be able to download.

I called my internet company and they said everything is fine on their end, so it must be Outlook. I was receiving email for the last 3 months with no problem but now I can't. I also checked all the settings as well as hit the button to run a test and it came back fine. I'm out of solutions to try.

If you send a test mail and it fails you should see an err msg. And if you ran the test mail ok then the mail must be going somewhere, check your Views

What type of email account do you use? (e.g., POP, IMAP or exchange)

You can start your computer in clean boot and check if you are able to receive emails.

Refer the article below to start the computer in clean boot:

Note: Ensure to restart the computer in normal mode by following Step 7, after completing the troubleshooting steps.

 I tried that and it does not give me an error message. It isn't saving a copy on my server either, which it's
set to do. Still nothing.

I tried going into the email settings, clicked on "repair email account". It gave me a green check mark for Establish Network Connections. But a red check for search for "email" server settings unencrypted. It asked me to verify my email address. Which is correct. Once I check the port numbers and my incoming/outgoing servers and click on ok it tells me everything is ok and I'm done. But still no email coming in.

I use POP. I have also tried this and it did nothing.

Not sure if this will help, email usually come it on SMTP port 25. You should ask your service provider if anything has changed in that setting.
