how can I view bcc recipients in my sent folder emails?

Using Outlook 2010, with Windows 7, after I send an email with bcc recipients, I cannot view who I bcc'd the message when I review sent message in my sent folder. How can I see who I bcc'd my email to?

Answer
OK, I found a half answer. Although the reading pane shows To: and Cc:, it does not show Bcc:.    Only when I open the email can I see who was Bcc'd.  A work-around is to add the column "Bcc" to the message list pane columns by going to "Advanced View Settings" . . . "Select available columns from:" . . . "Address Fields" . . . "Available column:". . . "Bcc." Then rearrange the columns so that the "Bcc" column is next to the "To: Column. (This has to be done for each and every folder view I want to see the "Bcc" column)

Now I'm able to see if someone was "Bcc:d" in the message list view!
