Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2007

I purchased Office Ultimate 2007 and apparently failed to download the version that had Business Contact Manager. I am now wanting to take advantage of the feature, but I also didn't get a cd. Am I completely out of luck unless I upgrade to Outlook 2010 and get the free BCM download?

Did you not also purchase the backup DVDs?  You should always do that.  BCM would be available to you if you had.  It's not wise to to believe that companies will keep your electronic installation kits forever.  However, try logging back into the web site where you bought it using the same account you used to buy it.  They may still have the download available for you.

You might be able to find a copy of the DVD on eBay or Amazon.
