 Receiving' reported error (0x8004210E) : 'Your mailbox is temporarily unavailable because another e-mail message is being delivered to it or another mail application is accessing it.  The server responded: -ERR [IN-USE] account is locked by another session or for maintenance, try again.'

This  error message is received when outlook send and receive.I have got a smart phone and email account configured on another computer

email account works fine on both Smartphone and my second computer without glitches.

Disabled antivirus,tried clean boot and windows safe mode with networking, nothings seems to work.

Already checked with ISP and they found nothing wrong with the email account both on Outlook and webmail

Moved all the emails to a new folder  on webmail
