0x80042109 - Cannot send messages in Outlook 2007

Hi,

Currently running Windows 7 64-bit and Outlook 2007. The system was fine previously, but yesterday had an error telling me Windows had to be repaired, which it didn't do, but it's working fine now. Odd.

Anyway Outlook 2007 now receives emails, but refuses to send them, though they CAN be sent via logging into my servers website.

System restore has also decided it doesn't want to work. Any advice?

Answer
Alrighty, I fixed it. Finally regained access to my Office 2007 installation CD (or DVD), and ran the setup option to 'repair' the Office 2007 installation. Completed that, restarted, and it now works. :) Had absolutely nothing to do with anti-virus, encryption, or port settings.

Did this solve your problem?

Sorry this didn't help.

Great! Thanks for marking this as the answer.
