Print Screen Images Not Being Sent On Emails on Outlook 2011 (MAC)

We have this same issue, running macOS Sierra. 

Outlook 2011 14.7.4

It seemed to start at macOS Sierra 10.12.4 upgrade.

The screenshot does show until Outlook is restarted and then it shows the blue ? icon.

On the recipient end there is no evidence that there was an inline screenshot for Apple Mail clients.

Emails from Apple Mail to Outlook do work as expected.

Recipient email client does not seem to make any difference, no clients seem to indicate that there was an image.

There is no notification that the screenshot did not work until later when the sent item shows the blue question mark icon.

To help you solve this problem, I’d like to know the following information:

1. Can you see the screenshot in your Outlook for Mac 2011 client’s Sent Items?

2. A screenshot of the affected email interface on your recipient’s side.

3. Do all image formats including JPG and PNG have this issue?

Images are “Faded” Emailed from Outlook 2011 for Mac.

Meanwhile, we still recommend that our users can switch from Outlook for Mac 2011 client to Outlook for Mac 2016 client. Outlook for Mac 2016 client is becoming more powerful and useful.
