Outlook Organisation Login

I have Outlook running on my Macbook (10.12.3) It was functioning fine till i changed my password. I now get taken to the organisation login everytime i open outlook. I have put in the password, changed the account infomation in tools>accounts. I've spoken to my organisations IT department. They suggested reinstalling outlook which i did and still no joy

Hi Theo,

Based on your description, the issue might be related to the corrupted Keychain entries.

Outlook stores the password in the Keychain. Launch the /Applications/Utilities/Keychain Access and look for the corresponding entry.

The easiest from there is to delete it (which will allow Outlook to recreate a clean new one next time).

You can also run the Keychain First Aid command from within the application to try and correct any other issue your keychain might have.
