Outlook not working with Sierra OS 10.12.4

I have similar issue with Outlook, is unable to connect to the mail server, after the Sierra update, and when I want to close it, I have to use ForceQuit. I believe the ForceQuit is needed for the entire Office suite, as I had to use it on Word also.

My office eversion is 15.33 (170409), and mail accounts are all setup as IMAP.

I haven't done what you asked, did something else. I have a Norton antivirus on this mac, and I was thinking what if the security update from Sierra made something incompatible, so I decided to uninstall it, and try Outlook again. Voila, problem solved! Since for me Norton is very helpful (blocked attacks multiple times, while browsing web in Safari), I downloaded latest version an reinstalled it, and so far no issues.
