Outlook Mac 15.29: Scroll bars even in empty window

Hello,

I'm using Outlook for Mac, Version 15.29 on a MacBook Pro Retina 2015 running macOS Sierra 10.12.2.

I'm having issues with the scroll bars for quite some time. In a new created e-mail as well as in a new appointment the scroll bars are visible even though there is no content to scroll and will disappear when I change the size of the window.

I have made two clips for better understanding:

How can I prevent the appearance of these scroll bars in an empty window?

Thanks for help.

Answer

Hi Manfred,

This is a default design: when you create a new window or reduce the length and width of the window, the scroll bars will appear.

And when you expand the length and width of the window or stop changing the size of the window, the scroll bar will disappear.
