Outlook Error 17895 and issues syncing

Hi everybody, I have Outlook 2011 with some email accounts on it, Gmail works just fine. Then i have 4 email accounts (not gmail, not exchange just simple emails) with a private company, and it's a neverending problem. Since day 1 it's been problem after problem. When i configure an IMAP account, the folder for that account will take 1 hour to appear on Outlook and until then it will be a constant error message saying the credentials to log in are incorrect. Than it's a constant error message saying something like "connection to the server failed or was interrupted". All emails configured with this provider are just ****, a constant merror message, syncing just doesn't work fine at all. I opened a few support tickets and they've been checking (hope) carefully and it seems all works fine on their end. Do you have eny suggestions? Did you happen anything like this? Thanks Giuseppe

Hi team,

I had the same issue and found out that the "Avast mail shield" was the issue also adding exceptions did not work.

Finally I had to disable it and it worked.

Hi everybody, this is for anyone experiencing syncing issues with Outlook 2011; just go ahead and install Office update that Microsoft rolled out today.
i've been struggling for weeks and all seems working fine after the update.
Cheers
