Error code 19907 - Mail cannot be sent (and sometimes received) using Outlook for Mac 2011

I'm using Microsoft Office 365  as my Email Exchange Server and Outlook for Mac 2011.  Everything was installed over a month ago and I have been having no problems.  However starting today, the exchange server has been having problems syncing with Outlook on my Mac.  The vast majority of the time (but not always) I'm not able to send anything from my exchange account.  Also, I'm I have extremely long delays in receiving emails.  Sometimes restarting Outlook helps, but not always.

In addition, I'm having a lot of trouble sending and receiving email from this account on my iPhone as well.

Oodly, however, I'm able to send and receive emails from this account on my PC laptop.

Overall, very frustrating and strange.  Any help?

I suggest starting over in a new Identity. If this fails to improve the performance, I suggest you revert to 14.1.4 until a fix is released.

If you have data that is under "On My Computer" folders, let me know and I can explain how to get the data out.

If none of the suggestions in this thread have helped, I would suggest you contact the support for Office 365. Maybe they can at least narrow done what might be causing the issues. Here are a couple links (at the bottom of the first link is a "contact us" if nothing on the web helps):
