Outlook 2016 for Mac - No "Store" button

I just installed the upgrade for Outlook 2016 for Mac. According to this: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Get-an-Office-Add-in-for-Outlook-1ee261f9-49bf-4ba6-b3e2-2ba7bcab64c8?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US There should be a Store button there now so I can install Add-ins, but it is not there.  Why?

Hi Steve,

About this feature, please let us know what type of account you use. If you are using an Exchange back-end account and still can’t see this button, please provide us with following information for further troubleshooting:

1. The detailed version of your Outlook for Mac client and your Mac OS. On the top bar, click Outlook > About Outlook to check the Outlook version, it looks like 15.32 (170304). From the Apple menu, choose About This Mac to check your Mac version, it looks like 10.12(16A323).

2. What type of email account do you use, an Office 365 account, a Gmail account, a Hotmail.com account or any other account?

3. If you have opened a ticket with our Outlook for Mac support team, please provide us with the SR number. We will help you monitor this ticket and let you know the update.

Thanks,

Barry
