Making a Smart Folder for all messages that are either unread or flagged

I am using the newest version of Outlook for Mac (15.19.1) and newest version of Mac OS (10.11.3).

I am trying to create a smart folder that shows all messages that are either unread or flagged. I think this needs to be done via "Raw Query" but I am having trouble with the syntax. I found a few strings online that are rumored to work:

(com_microsoft_outlook_flagged = 1) || (com_microsoft_outlook_unread!=0)

com_microsoft_outlook_unread != 0 || com_microsoft_outlook_flagged==1

But it does not return any results. Yes; I checked to be sure there were unread and flagged email :-)

Thoughts? Thanks!

Hello,

It works for me (yes - either unread or flagged)! Did you click on "Advanced" and then choose "Raw Query"?

Boris.
