Hey everyone. One of my users showed me this strange behavior:
When corresponding with one particular person, sometimes the body of her email will go blank after she sends it. The person on the other end receives a blank email and the email in the sent items box also appears blank. She has tried sending from Outlook for Mac, for iPhone, and OWA - same behavior. She's started taking screenshots of what she'd typed in the email and attaching them, since attachments always go through fine.

Her Outlook is up to date, I have tried fiddling with the character encoding settings and there is no unusual HTML or anything I can find. The person on the other end does not seem to experience this with anyone else's emails either. Any insight is much appreciated. Thanks for reading!
