OWA for iPad

I have done a Fresh install of OWA for iPad. OWA logs in and asks to set up a numeric passcode. However, the button to continue which would allow me to create a passcode doesn’t function.

OWA is working on my iphone fine

I am having this issue on multiple (hundreds) of iPads

Hi Stuart,

 

I discussed your situation with our senior engineer today. We need to collect a sample of the affected user’s information for further processing. Please run the following PowerShell command and give us the result via private message:

1. Connect to Exchange Online PowerShell with an Office 365 admin account.

2. Run this command:

Get-User -Identity "user name" | Format-List

 

Meanwhile, I’d like to know if you will see the similar interface when you access Outlook Web App in a browser on PC. Did you complete the MFA configuration steps and bind a phone number?
