we are currently using Planner in our company and we have encountered a problem, that we can't assign more tasks for one of our colleagues. We can assign tasks to anyone else and he can assign tasks to himself, but noone else can assign to him. If anyone tries to assign a task to him it says the following warning "You've run out of space! Delete some old tasks and projects to continue creating new ones". Haven't anyone else encountered this problem too please? Is there please any solution for this problem?
We have checked the SharePoint storage, but it doesn't seem to be a problem with that. Especially since it does this only for one person.
