Since you’re not getting an error message and no pending emails on your drafts, we suggest you to create a new Outlook profile, then, set it as default in the
meantime. You can refer to this
link to do so.
Once you have done all the troubleshooting steps required, kindly try to send a test email to yourself and check if the issue still persist.
