Hopefully my last question, I use Windows 7 and the Frontpage 2003 version I have seen says it works with Windows XP/2000.
Will it work with Windows 7?
Check in with the Expression Web forum I referenced above for the answer. It is a FAQ and most of those experts used to run FrontPage.
But, I think you are missing the point. MSFT moved away from FrontPage because it does not produce standards compliant code. Yes, it may be easy to work with but if the web site code is so bad that it does not enjoy good cross browser compatibility, then
it is a waste of your time to rebuild it with FP. Unless you already own FP, don't waste your money buying a new copy. Invest some time researching alternatives that produce standards compliant code and use them instead. Just sayn'...
Expression Web 4.....is the MS replacement for Front Page...
However ....nobody knows your a dog on the internet...some basic computer programming skills and a knowledge of markup and layout is required to write web pages that work properly with modern, standards compliant web browsers.
