Q: Script Error whe printing Outlook e-mails This thread is locked from future replies

I am getting a script error when I try to print e-mail from Outlook, especially from my sent box as follow:

An error has in the script on this page.

line: 2598

Char: 1

Error: Permission denied

Code: 0

URL: res://ieframe.dll/preview.js

How do I fix this?

What is the version of Outlook and windows you are using?

Try registering the ole32.dll file and check if this helps.

Click on Start > All programs > Accessories > Run Copy and paste the following command line in the open box and press enter.

regsvr32 ole32.dll

If the above suggestions fail, try changing the default printer to Microsoft XPS document writer and try to print.

How to change default printers

Windows XP:

1. In Windows XP, click Start, and then click Printers and Faxes

2. Right-click the icon for the printer you want to use as the default printer, and then click Set As Default Printer

Windows Vista

Windows 7

If you are able to print without any issues, update the printer drivers from the manufacturer’s website and verify the status.

Did this solve your problem?

Sorry this didn't help.
