OneNote 2016 crashes + Exception error 0xe0000002+ Error 0x000000000766B3E28 as soon as I start Synchronization

Hi,

I'm on OneNote 2016 version 16.0.6366.2036 on surface pro, windows 10

OneNote started stop working every time I turn on its synchronization. I mean that if I open it and turn on synchronization, after few minutes it stops working and if I try to close the program it tells me that the program doesn't respond; so if I click on restart program it tells me this error:

This error occurs me EVERY TIME OneNote sync is "on" while it is working, just see the following video to see the error

How can I solve this problem ?? now it is impossible for me to sync any notes

Now I've updated my windows 10 to the newer "November update" plus other minor updates, the error is no more present
