OneNote Template with Outlook Meeting Details

Just saw a similar question, but mine has a twist.

Is it possible to change the default OneNote template for Outlook appointments that are sent to OneNote using the "Send to OneNote" button in the Outlook appointment items' ribbon?   But at the same time keeping the Outlook Meeting details.  IE  Subject, Date, Attendees.

No, sorry, the send to onenote template is not customizable.

Hello, I have a question relating to inserting Meeting Details into a page that has a default template.

When you choose to take meeting notes in a One Note page, it does not merge the meeting title, attendees, date, etc. with the template! Whats the point of assigning the template if the details wont merge with it? Is there a way to make this work without dragging and dropping or cut/paste?
