Need help fix this Onedrive error

Hi, so me and my friend have this kind of error that displayed on Onedrive:

This issues has been occuring for many weeks. At first i checked my Onedrive but then it displayed errors such as my files couldn't load then it went "Something's not right", i refreshed the page many times but it still won't come off. Now that kind of error is stuck with my account, same with my friend too. Hope anyone can fix this, thank you very much.

I'm using win 7 FYI.

OneDrive as part of Office 365? in the first instance run an Office in-place repair, the review OneDrive settings via the OneDrive task bar icon

Sorry about the trouble caused by this issue, we have checked our backend, and there is one Service Incident under OneDrive for Business services.

 

Details of this service incident OD218307 have been posted on the Microsoft 365 Service Health Dashboard, where Office 365 administrators can check for this link for more information.

I'll also update the details of the problem here:

OD218307 was reported at 2020-07-11 11:57:14AM (CST), issue symptom:"users will not be able to access The OneDrive for Business services", your tenant may have limited users that are affected by this issue, corresponding team has been involved to investigate the cause of the problem, and is working on to repair the OneDrive business service.

 

Judging from your description and error message, you are most likely affected by this service incident, please contact Office 365 administrator in your tenant and ask them to check if your teant is affected by this incident or not. If there is any progress on this issue, we will also reply to this post and keep you informed, please be patient.

Thanks for replying. May i ask how do i contact with the administrator? Is it by sending emails to them or something? If it's possible, may i have the link so that i can send my email and report this issue? Much appreciated.

Hi Lucas,

As you are using OneDrive for Business, your account should be the work account provided by your company/school.

Thus, you should contact the IT admin in your company/school and ask them who is the Office 365 administrator in your tenant.

Sorry, my email is provided from a friend of mine. Also i can't access to the admin center of officie 365. Though my account is still intact and other apps are works fine, except for OneDrive. Is there anything you can help me about this? My important files are in there, i don't want to lose them. Thank you.

You should consider that the copy provided by your friend is not legitimate. 

At this moment, please wait patiently until the incident get fixed. See if you could retrieve the access to your OneDrive after that. 

Unfortunately, I don't have the access to the file you stored in OneDrive for Business. So I can do nothing in helping you retrieve the files, really sorry about that.

I understand, thanks for replying. Is there anything i can do while waiting? Like sending emails to the Officie 365 administrator regarless of my issue or something like that.
