OD218307 was reported at 2020-07-11 11:57:14AM (CST), issue symptom:"users will not be able to access The OneDrive for Business services", your tenant
may have limited users that are affected by this issue, corresponding team has been involved to investigate the cause of the problem, and is working on to repair the OneDrive business service.
Judging from your description and error message, you are most likely affected by this service incident, please contact Office 365 administrator in
your tenant and ask them to check if your teant is affected by this incident or not. If there is any progress on this issue, we will also reply to this post and keep you informed, please be patient.
