Latest fast ring update for O365 Killed all my Office Apps: "cannot be opened because of a problem."

Basically all MS products on my laptop fail to launch, I get a "Report" right away and I can't do anything but click OK.

The error starts out like this:

I've confirmed that all the 15.37 (build 17070600) updates (Work, Excel, Outlook and PPT) from the Microsoft Mac Engineers have resolved our issue. I've installed the updates from the Auto Updater (Insider Fast) application on two 10.10.x computers (same that had issues this morning) and they are functional. Thank you Microsoft for the quick turnaround on this issue.
