How to Unlock use account

When user trys to log in the receive the error message:

"Your account has been temporarily locked to prevent unauthorised use. Try again later, and if you're still having trouble, contact your support person."

Within Admin console user is shown in the Active User list;
the user Settings page shows Set sign-In status as Active

How do I, as an Admin user, unlock the users account so they can login?

Hi kalyanibaride,

The domain doesn't use MS server or AD, so there is no sync with active directory.

The issue has now been resolved with the user - made an appointment to see them with their devices, then reset password, and checked the correct password used on all devices - can't help feeling it was long winded compared to what it could have been!  But all done now ... until the next one ;)
