MS Teams can't give control to screen share with Windows 7

Our windows 7 users cannot give control to their shared screen.  The box at the top does not appear.  Requests for control do not appear either.

Thanks for your patience. 

This is a known issue for Teams App and the product team is working on it which would be fixed in the following weeks. 

You may keep Teams the latest version to access the fix during the update.

Hi Lori,

Thanks for the details. Regarding the issue, I have reproduced the issue in Win 7 system. The top panel disappeared when I share the desktop. 

But if I hang the cursor on the top of screen, the red frame would be broken. And I could Stop presenting or Give control when hang the cursor on the location of the "Give control" "Stop presenting" button of the panel which means the top panel is transparent, it does not disappear. 

Here is the top panel in Win 10:

Please confirm this situation from your side and I'll do some further investigation. 

Also, may I know the detailed version of Win 7 & Teams from your side?
