in outlook we have an 'email signature' that is posted at the bottom of a meeting request. When we schedule a meeting inside Teams, is there a way to insert that functionality also?
Actually, it isn't currently feasible add the email signature in the meetings request since Outlook is mail app and Teams app doesn't have some features about email. Looking forward to your understanding in advance. However, as a workaround, you can add
some sentences as an "Signature" at the red part of screenshot when you creating the meeting.
In this situation, the participants will receive the meeting request which have the ‘signature’ like the picture below:
Meanwhile, there is also the signature at the meeting notification in Posts.
