Office 365 Admin Password Reset

Hello,

I'm the only admin for our Office 365 account, and I'm unable to reset my password. I'm told to request enabling password reset from my admin, which I can't do for obvious reasons, or to contact support. I called the support number listed for India, but it told me the automated phone system is having issues and disconnected me without routing me to support. There's no support email listed anywhere. I also tried chat support but they said they are only from Billing.

Please help me connect to the correct support for Business / Work Account.

We just to need to first confirm with you if currently you could login to your office365 admin portal. For the password reset, did you try to reset your password at the https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/? In addition, have you logged in successfully before? We recommend you try it for one more time and see the results on your side.

If your issue still persists, unfortunately currently only phone support could assist you regarding to the admin password reset issue, we truly understand your requirements and sorry for the inconvenience. You could refer to this document for more information.

George, I have tried the reset at the mentioned link and its also returning the same error that the password can only be reset by the administrator. Unfortunately, I am the administrator and I myself can not reset my password! Attaching the screenshot for your reference. I have tried the phone support number mentioned on the link. The tollfree number (1800 200 2052) does not exist and the other number (000 800 440 2038) no one is responding. I am completely stuck and helpless in this situation. If you can arrange a callback it would be of great help. My number is +*.
