Microsoft Office and credentials

Microsoft office is repeatedly asking for me to sign in again with my credentials every time I open a new document.  I have checked Azure directory and it is check-marked correctly, I have changed my passwords.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft office and I have cleared all of my cache and credential information.  And last but not least, I have attempted to uninstall the latest update without success.  The update reinstalls itself automatically.  Nothing is working and I'm frustrated! Please help.

If you have tried to clean Office credential with the steps Vijay suggested but need further help, could you please try the following method to see the outcome?

  1. Click the Start icon in the bottom left corner>Settings>Accounts>Access Work or School.
  2. If your Office account is already listed there, click it>Disconnect.
  3. Click Connect and enter your work account again.
  4. Launch Office application like Word and click File>Account>Sign in to see the outcome.
